Due to the digital and immediate nature of all of our products here in The Secret Content Vault, all sales are final.
Once the checkout process has finished, you automatically gain access to the templates. There is no guarantee or proof on my end that you or anybody else in your team, organization, or family are not going to use my product after receiving the refund.
We are always available and more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding the use of our products 5 days per week.
We do our best to help through Live Email, Social Media Comments, and DMs.
If you contact us then please allow at least 24 to 48 hours, we will be more than happy to assist you by sending you step-by-step guides, screenshots, gifs, or even screen recordings to help you solve any problem with my products.
